Gift Montana wants you, our on-line catalog shoppers to have the opportunity to experience Montana customer service, shop for wonderful products, and hopefully meet some wonderful Montanans in the process. This way you can shop real Montana products that we feature from across the Big Sky Country.
If you are not satisfied with your product you will be able to receive a refund once the product is a.) Returned in its original condition, b.) Returned within 15 days of purchase, and c.) ·All returns or exchanges must be inspected by Gift Montana before an exchange item or credit can be issued.
·Some returns will carry a restock fee up to 15%.
·We will not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days from the date on the invoice.
·We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been used, damaged (other than in shipping), or in any other way modified.
·All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice.
·If you receive an order from us that has been damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with the freight carrier within seven days. Always save the original packing materials for inspection.
·We are very careful when we ship your products to you and do our best to always ship the correct quantity. But in the event that there is a discrepancy, please notify us within 5 business days.
